We are excited that Jan and Feb 2011 will bring us some fascinating in store events. On Jan 8th, Something Blue Too will host the kick off to Prom season, Prom Party. Jan 13,14,15 will be the 2BE Weddings for Kathy Ireland Trunk Show, at The Something Blue Shoppe. Terri Hilferty, designer for 2BE will be with us again this year. She is fun and has lots of ideas for brides. She will also do a drawing of your 2BE gown for you when you purchase. February 4 & 5 will be our Jasmine Trunk Show, and Feb 28 will be the big Runway show with Wedding pages in Birmingham. If you’re getting married soon, mark your calendar and don’t miss these big days.

OMG! We are in the process of giving the prom shop a new look. Not a complete makeover, but a facelife. The new look is a bit more sophisticated and more in line with todays teens. We’ve added some black for drama, some glitter to set off the black and new lighting will be coming soon, which will set off the new gowns we’re beginning to receive already. We’re expecting almost 800 new styles to be in Something Blue Too before the end of the year, and a lot of those are due to start arriving within the next month. We have some great looking short dresses for homecoming and holiday. Then there are long flowing prom and formal gowns, some sexy prom gowns, everything from strapless prom gowns to halter prom gowns, the most unusual prom gowns we’ve seen in several years.
The official photo shots of the gowns are not out yet, but I’ve inserted a snapshot that I took of one of our exclusive dresses. Tony Bowls, the famous designer of pageant and prom gowns (he designs for Miss America) created a prom line just for the 2BE Stores. These prom dresses are sensational! I just can’t wait for you to see our new look, both in the store and in the beautiful selections we’ve found for our customers!
